This invention aims to provide utilization of sustainable underground geothermal energy resources for cooling and air-conditioning greenhouse and hydroponic farms.

Geothermal energy can saves up to 70% compared to traditional HVAC systems bills. It is featured by being a clean, zero-carbon footprint, reliable, free source, renewable energy available around the clock 24/7 a year. In summer, the geothermal heat pump works as a cooling and air conditioning cycle by extracting heat from the greenhouse space and disposing it into the ground (desert soil).

Meanwhile, in winter, the same system can be reversed to work as a heating cycle by extracting heat from the ground to heat the air in the greenhouse farms. This is a very feasible solution for UAE greenhouse agriculture to maintain a free controlled cooling source to enhance the quality and quantity of local produce and products.

This innovative technology presents a novel artificial intelligent machine learning and big data algorithm to analyze and control geothermal heat pump system (GHP) of greenhouse farming load around the year.
